    Usually purchase tickets with military specials. However, for Nov 2010 trip, I took advantage of free dining and booked through WDW. I received email, now what. Trip was booked and paid in full Aug '10. Will I get package in mail or pick up on arrival?

    Hi Trina!

    I can't recall the exact time before your visit it happens, but yes, normally you'll get a Welcome Package in the mail prior to your visit. Seems like I would normally receive my package approximately 4 weeks before my vacation, so yours should be arriving soon depending on your November arrival date. If it's within two weeks and you still haven't received anything, I would give them a call at 407-939-7675.

    The package normally includes a Planning Guide, details on your Resort, special coupons, and Disney luggage tags.
