Is it usually too crowded to plan to visit MK for New Years Eve - both daytime and evening? Of course I know the fireworks celebration will be packed but what about doing rides during that day? Thanks!

    Hi Della!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are two of the busiest days of the year. The parks will definitely be crowded, including the attractions. In fact, one or more parks may close due to reaching capacity. You should definitely plan on being in one park all day if you go; park hopping from one park to another may be impossible. The Magic Kingdom will usually close due to reaching capacity first and Disney's Animal Kingdom seldom closes.

I hope this helps. Please write back with more questions.
