Welcome to
planDisney, Philip! Let me start by saying a huge THANK YOU to you for your service to our country. I am so glad that you decided to stop by with your question about the
Disability Access Service in
Walt Disney World. It would be my pleasure to provide you with more information about this service.
Disability Access Service is a tool provided at the Walt Disney World theme parks to enhance service to Guests with disabilities, including Guests with non-apparent disabilities. The DAS Card is designed to accommodate Guests who are not able to wait in a conventional queue environment due to a disability. It allows Guests to schedule a return time that is comparable to the current queue wait for the given attraction. Guests can only have one active return time at a time. As soon as an attraction return time is redeemed, the Guest may then receive a return time for the same or a different attraction. Disability Access Service will be issued at Guest Relations main entrance locations and all accommodations will be made in person, on-site at Guest Relations. You can read an overview of the many services and access options available throughout Walt Disney World on the
Services for Guests with Disabilities page or, for more information, you can contact Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com.
