We are using our trip as an all-in-one celebration (Anniversary & both kids' birthdays). I've seen the Disney Floral & Gifts, but is it possible for me to buy the stuff from somewhere else, ship it to the hotel, & have them set it out before w

    Hi Jessica,

Happy Anniversary and a very Happy Birthday to your kids! You can purchase gifts and supplies for a personal celebration from wherever you choose and either bring them with you or have them shipped to the resort. However, a cast member will not be able to set them up in the room for you. Part of the cost of an in room celebration from Disney Floral and Gifts is the cast member set up.

It would be possible for you to slip away for a few moments, tell your family you have a question to ask at the front desk while they head to the bus stop/boat dock/monorail station. You could then return to the room and quickly set up the celebration so your family is surprised when you all return after visiting the parks.

Please let us know if we can help you with any other questions!
Wishing you a fantastic celebration and a magical vacation,
    Amy H.
