    We are using a travel agency for our first time to WDW in August 2014 and I am confused about the meal passes can you explain a little more in depth so I can make the right choice for my daughter (17 years old) thank you so much.

    Welcome to Walt Disney World! Since it is your first trip to visit Mickey Mouse and his pals, I am glad you have a travel agent to walk you through the planning process.  Plus, the Moms here at the Panel are always happy to answer your travel questions.

    I am guessing you are asking about the Disney Dining Plan.  The most popular option is the "base" Disney Dining Plan which gives each guest in your party per night:
    -One Table Service credit (buffet or sit-down meal)
    -One Quick Service credit (order at a counter, think 'fast food')
    -One Snack credit (ice cream, beverage, popcorn, etc.)
    -One refillable beverage mug to use at your resort

    This is a great option to add on to your vacation.  Just make sure to make your Dining Reservations for your Table Service/Buffets ahead of time so you can use your credits properly.  Take some time to READ ABOUT THE DINING PLAN.  After reading through the information, let me know if you have more questions.
