We are using the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, will we need to have car seats for the kids? We have 7 between the ages of 5 and 15

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mandy! Thank you so much for bringing us your question about car seats!

Disney Transportation options (including Disney's Magical Express) do not require the use of a car seat. My children are now all grown, but when they were little, we never had to worry about car seats. Most recently, I have seen moms babywear their youngest ones or simply have their toddlers sit on their lap.

If you are planning on leaving your hotel for a meal, then you could use Disney's Minnie Van Service. These are comfortable, extra cute vehicles operated by Disney through the Lyft app and driven by Cast Members. Minnie Vans are equipped with two Graco car seats. If you prefer to use a taxi app such as Uber, you could request the UberFamily option on their app, and they will send a vehicle with a car seat.

Mandy, I thought I'd share some useful information about traveling with young children and teens to the Walt Disney World Resort and please come back with more and more questions. We love to help!

    See ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
