    When using my room key to charge purchases is it possible to prior to check out cancel some or all of the holds/charges on the credit card and pay for the purchases with a disney gift card reducing the need to track bal on gift card during stay?

    Disney is always very accommodating when it comes to guest services and helping make your vacation special. I know of many guests who pay a portion of the cost on a Disney Gift Card and the rest on a credit card. I know that we did that as part of our Disney Cruise and it was no problem. I would suggest that upon arrival at you Disney Resort you speak to the very helpful cast members at the front desk at check in to confirm that they will permit what you request. You can also contact the particular resort ahead of time at (407) 939-6244 to discuss these and all other matters. I find that they are more then willing to help out in every way possible to make this vacation the best one yet. I hope this helps and I cannot wait to see you at the parks.
