Kaylie from CA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

When using the ride switch option, is the parent waiting with the kids (party 2) required to wait in a certain area until the riding group/parent returns?

    Hello Kaylie!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week.

Disney’s Rider Switch Service is a great way for everyone in your party to enjoy various attractions, even when you have little ones who might not be big enough for certain ones. You do not have to wait in any one designated area but it is often suggested to stick close to the FASTPASS entrance when you think your party is soon to be exiting the ride.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need anything else as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
