When using the QS plan, how do you tell between adult & kids meals. Will be traveling with another family & they are taking our DD for the day. Do you have to tell the cashier that the meal is to be taken from the kids plan.

Hi Patricia, Children 3-9 years of age using the Dining Plan must order off of a Childs menu where one is available so when a Childs meal is ordered, they will automatically deduct a Childs meal entitlement (it's just an automatic process). If you dine anywhere that a Childs menu is not available, you can order a meal off of the regular menu for the child. Happy eating at WDW! Best wishes, Brigitta
