When using the Magical Express and traveling with an 11 month old, does the shuttle bus require a infant carrier/car seat or would he ride on my lap as he did on the plane?

Car seats are not necessary on any of the Disney transportation (buses, boats, or monorail). On nearly all forms of WDW transportation there are no seatbelts or anything else to secure the carseat to even if you wanted to bring it. I recently took the Magical Express bus from the Orlando airport to the Saratoga Springs resort. There were several infants and toddlers on board and they were all sitting on an adult lap. So, if you're using WDW transportation exclusively, then you can leave your carseat at home.

Have a wonderful trip to WDW with your little one!
