We are using Magical Express for our arrival 4/5/2021. We have already registered and received our email confirmation. Will we be receiving the special luggage tags as in the past?

Hi there Thomas, and thanks for stopping by planDisney en route to your destination. It looks like your vacation is just around the corner, so let's get going!

During the current phase of reopening, Disney's Magical Express® is not offering luggage transfer services, which is why you did not receive the tags you have gotten on past visits. Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, you will need to retrieve your luggage from baggage claim before proceeding to the boarding zone for Disney's Magical Express®.  If your room is not yet available when you reach your hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, you will have the opportunity to stow your bags with Bell Services so you can get your vacation started. Be sure to complete online check-in and opt-in for text alerts so you know exactly when you can settle into your new home.

When it's time to head back to the airport, you'll also be responsible for your luggage, so give yourself plenty of time to report to the loading area in front of your resort hotel and place your suitcases on the motorcoach. If you're anything like me, when you sit back and let Disney do the driving on your return trip, you'll be dreaming about your next vacation!

Speaking of your next adventure, 2021 and beyond are looking pretty incredible for the Walt Disney World Resort. Follow the Disney Parks Blog and planDisney on social media so you don't miss out on the excitement! Thanks again for stopping by with your question, and we'll see ya real soon!
