    When using magic band to charge merchandise , food and beverages. Can I track the daily balance?

    Hi Thomas!

    Thanks for your question. When Disney introduced the MagicBands, it made life so much easier for me and my family. I recall before the days of the MagicBand being issued the Disney Keys to the World card (similarly looking to a credit card or gift card visually), which we had to purchase lanyards draped around our necks for fear of losing or dropping the card somewhere. The MagicBand was a game-changer, and snaps on fairly tight to where it's pretty difficult to easily pull loose (which is a good thing, especially when roaming the theme parks).

    What I did to track my balance was contact the Front Desk of the resort in which we were staying. They would send me a balance sheet to my email account on file, or, if I was at the Front Desk, they'd print me a hard copy so I can track my spending. That is likely the simplest way to go...
