When using fastpass on a double ride,do both myself and my 11 year old need to book the same exact time with her fastpass or can she ride with me on my fastpass since it's a 2 rider ride? Do we get separated if we dont have the same fastpass time?

Hey, Milena! I am so glad you stopped by today so we can chat about your FastPass+ plans! It sounds like you have a great trip set up for you and your daughter! I have taken both of my daughters on "mommy and me" trips over the years and those are among my favorites. Well, their favorites, too! Since it's just the two of us, we get to focus on their favorite attractions and entertainment. Be sure to share all of the FastPass+ options with her (make note of the FastPass+ tiers at each park!) and get an idea of what she may like to experience. Make a list of her top five or six from each theme park and get that list ready for when you hop online or on your My Disney Experience mobile app to make your FastPass+ selections.

Now, let's chat about the how-to's when making those selections! The system will first ask you to select your FastPass+ party. All ticketed guests need to have their own FastPass+ assigned to them to enter each FastPass+ queue, so you will click the boxes next to both of your names. You will then select a day to plan and a park in which you want to plan to visit that day. The system will then show you all available FastPass+ selections for a party of two. Look for some of the options that were on her must-do list and make your first choice. Once it is confirmed, you will be able to make up to two more FastPass+ selections for the two of you for that same day. Then, once all three are done for that day, you just repeat the process for another day of your trip.

As long as you do a search for a party of two when making the FastPass+ selections for both of you, then there will be no worries about receiving different arrival times. You will be able to share in the thrill of zipping through Space Mountain together! I hope this information helps you plan a magical visit with your daughter. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
