When using DME from an international flight - where you do leave your bags? I've heard about the second bag drop when using the monorail but it's confusing! Thanks

    Hi Sara,

Only a few more weeks until your magical vacation starts. And you will be arriving just in time to experience the 2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival.

One of the many benefits for Disney Resort Hotel Guests is Disney's Magical Express. This complementary service will magically transport you between your Resort Hotel and Orlando International Airport. And even takes care of your checked luggage. Since international arrivals require passing through Immigration and Customs, you will need to follow a few steps. First, you will go through the U.S. Immigration checkpoint. Then you will need to pick up your checked luggage and proceed through Customs. But after that point, you can bring the luggage with you or, between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., you can simply drop off your luggage at the Transfer Carousel located right after Customs. Be sure to have your checked luggage tags as these will be needed by Disney to retrieve your luggage. Then proceed to Terminal B, Level 1, where your motorcoach will be waiting for you.

One last tip: if you haven't done so yet, you can still customize your MagicBands and choose from some fun colors - red is my favorite! They'll be waiting for you at the Front Desk. See you real soon!
