Using Disney Dining Plan & interested in hearing opinions about your favorite counter service meals & snack options. Anywhere to trade a snack option for a great milkshake or smoothie? Any unusual, yummy treats? Best places to spend our counter

    Hello Heather,

I often use the Disney Dining Plan because of its ease and convenience.

I will use my snack credits for treats that just scream Disney, like a Mickey ice cream bar or a Dole Whip. I like to start my day with a cinnamon roll from the Main Street Bakery in the Magic Kingdom. But our family has also found we can literally eat around the globe by using our snack credits in World Showcase in Epcot. For example you can use your credits at Karamelle Kuche in the Germany Pavilion. And of course, there are great treats at Goofy's Candy Company too!

For Quick Service Restaurants, my favorite is Wolfgang Puck Express in Downtown Disney. Fabulous food (good size portions) and a wait staff. You'll forget you're at a counter service restaurant! Then there's Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion in Epcot. Its menu is expansive. Or you can head to Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe in Magic Kingdom. Think half rack of ribs. Yum!

No matter where you choose, I hope you have a magical vacation. Happy eating!

Meet the Panelist: Monina, Ohio

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
