    Hello, I am using the Disney app to plan my next trip and my choices for rides, restaurant do not populate on the tip board and it does not allow me to edit my choices on the tip board. I was able to do this two weeks ago but downloaded a new version Thank

    Welcome to planDisney, friend. I am so glad you stopped by with your question. The Tip Board feature of the My Disney Experience Mobile app is an amazing tool for planning your daily itinerary. I love using the page to keep my attraction and entertainment preferences organized and minimize my wait times throughout the day. During the day of your visit, you can check the Tip Board for suggestions based on wait times, dining availability, and upcoming shows. I can completely understand why you are excited to set up your preferences for your upcoming adventure. 

    I am so sorry to hear that you are no longer able to add your choices to your day in the Tip Board feature. First, let's go through the steps needed to set up your must-do preferences, just in case. Sometimes I find there is one tiny step that I overlooked, especially after I update an app. You will need a theme park ticket and a Park Pass reservation for the day(s) you wish to create plans for before you can add to your Tip Board preferences. Once you have your tickets and reservations, select the My Day tab on the main Tip Board screen. Below My Day you will see a Change Day link. Click this option and select your theme park day. This screen will show your Park Pass reservations and any hotel and dining reservations you have made. Click the Edit My Selections link to add attractions, character preferences, and more to your magical plans. These steps should add your must-dos to your list, and on the day of your visit, Disney Genie will create a customized itinerary using your preferences!  

    If you find that you are still unable to add to your day in the app, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member with My Disney Experience and Magic Bands. They may be able to offer additional tech support to assist you in getting your app ready for vacation mode!
