When using the dining reservation system online, once I "get" a time slot for example at Cinderella's Royal Table, can I continue making all other reservations without losing that time? Would it be safer to pay for Cinderella and then return and

Hi, David!   I am really liking the online Dining Reservation System.  I like that it gives alternate dining options and times.

Once you find a restaurant with the date and time you want to book, click on it and "add to cart."   You can keep on going until you have booked all your reservations including those requiring a deposit.   When you "check out" you will be given a total amount due.   For special dining experiences, like Cinderella's Royal Table, you will need to give a credit card deposit.   You can then confirm and put down your deposit.   If you don't owe any money for a restaurant,  you still have that reservation, you just don't need a deposit to hold your table.

The only time you need to worry about losing a reservation is if you are inactive for several minutes.  It will let you know if your session has "timed out."

Even though you will be sent an email confirmation with all your reservations, I like to jot down my confirmation numbers as a double check.    Have fun booking all of your dining experiences in WDW!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
