    We are using the dining plan, so what are the rules for those who are 2 and below?

    Hi Michelle and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    MY family are huge fans of the Disney Dining Plan.

    As stated in the 2016 Disney Dining Plan brochure, the Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will be added to your bill.
