When using Dining Credits for Dinner packages such as : festival of fantasy parade and fanstasmic! dinner package...do you get the same meal plan (appetizer, entree, beverage and dessert) as those that are purchasing the dinner package out of pocket?

    Hi Rebecca,

Just a month away to your magical vacation. How exciting! Are you all packed and ready to go? Let's finish your plans then!

The Disney Dining Plans are a great way to enjoy your vacation without worrying about how much money you'll need for meals. You simply include them as part of your Magic Your Way Vacation Package, and then all you need to worry is about which restaurant to choose. That's always my family's dilemma!

Some dinner packages like the Fantasmic! Dinner Package are a great way to maximize your meal credits, since they not only require the same number of meal credits, but also include an appetizer. These are the same options like you would pay out of pocket, however you do need to make specific reservations for these packages. Note that due to the timing of the shows, you may be limited in how late you can dine.

One last tip: if there's a reservation you were not able to get, keep checking. Many Guests change their plans, even up to a couple of days before in order to avoid penalties. The My Disney Experience mobile app can help you with this easily. See you real soon!
