    When we are using the DDP for a table service meal, will our server provide a check with the cost of the meal without the DDP so we can calculate the tip?

    Hi, Joanne! You bet you will. It's always fun seeing the grand total of the bill and then seeing the total damage go down dramatically when your dining plan is applied. For me and my wife, we have the cost of adult beverages that wait patiently for us to pay out of pocket at that time.

    We'll then pay for the remaining balance (adult beverages) and throw on the appropriate tip (using the grand total + tax) at that time.
