When using a credit card for charging privileges to the room, do they put an extra "hold" on the credit card? If yes, how much per night? OR will they only charge what you actually put on your key to the world? Appreciate the help ;)

    Hi Glorian,

It's nice to hear from you again. In my experience, I have not noticed a hold ever placed on my major credit card at Disney owned and operated Resort hotels, but my charges were ran through upon check out. To confirm, I contacted a Disney Cast Member for you and they did indeed verify that no holds are placed on your credit card at check-in. Because policies are always subject to change, my advice is to discuss your specific concerns at check-in to clarify how your card will be used for charging privileges. Also know that you can stop at the front desk at anytime during your stay to review the current charges on your Key to the World card.

I hope my answer was helpful, Glorian, and visit us again with any other questions coming to mind.

    Best wishes,
    Sherri
