Family planning a trip

Steve from CA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

If we are using cards and not magic bands and a member of our party has a fast pass for a ride, but doesn't want to go, can someone else in the party use that fastpass?

Hey Steve and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited you are making a trip to the east-side to visit the place "where dreams come true." You are going to have a blast.

FastPass+ selections are intended for the Guest who made the reservation. Each Admission Card and MagicBand that contacts a touchpoint will reveal the Guest's name and it would be best to make sure that each Guest uses their own. I would suggest the member of your party who does not want to join you on the intended attraction book a FastPass+ for another attraction.

Disney Dad Tip: Once you use your last FastPass+ selection, that is immediately after you contact the touchpoint with your card or MagicBand, you may select another FastPass+, if available, on the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Steve, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
