    We are using the buses to get around for our trip and want to eat at Boma for dinner Sept 09/25. We are planning on spending the day at AK and using the buses to get to AKL for the reservation. How to we get back to POR if AK is closed when we are done.

    My family really loves Boma- Flavors of Africa dining! We've eaten both breakfast and dinner there on previous Disney vacations and as a vegetarian, this is a location that has plenty of buffet options to meet my meal needs too.

    When you have finished enjoying this exotic restaurant and have taken in the amazing sights around Animal Kingdom Lodge, you are welcome to board a bus to any of the 4 theme parks or Downtown Disney and then, simply hop aboard transportation to Port Orleans French Quarter and Riverside. If you have free time and are looking for a fun way to return home at the end of the evening, I'd suggest waiting for a Downtown Disney bus and then, taking the water taxi back to Port Orleans. This "Sassagoula River Cruise" is about a twenty minute boat trip that is a very pleasant and relaxing alternative to road transport.
