Hi Joseph,
Welcome to planDisney! It’s always exciting to have a trip on the calendar. I know it keeps me energized and thrilled about all the fun to come.
Joseph, have you tried un-linking your reservation from your first
My Disney Experience account and then re-linking the reservation in your second My Disney Experience account? Just make sure in this process you don’t delete your reservation. As long as you have your confirmation number and your reservation is intact, this could be simple as just adding the reservation in the My Disney Experience account you want it in.
If this doesn’t work, I suggest you call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations help desk who should be able to add your reservation to the correct My Disney Experience account. Once everything is linked in your correct My Disney Experience account, you might want to delete your other account if it’s no longer needed or change your email address preferences. To delete a My Disney Experience account, you’ll want to select your name under the “My Disney Experience” tab (next to your profile picture) on the Walt Disney World website. This will take you to your profile; next select “Account Settings” and scroll to the bottom. Here you can both delete your account or change your email address, whichever is easiest for you!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you prepare for your trip to the
Walt Disney World Resort. Please feel free to reach out with any other
planning or vacation questions, I am always happy to help.
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
