Hi, Toni! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am sad to say the 'pin code' is a mystery! I have never received one of these myself, while others I know have received several - sometimes multiple times per year! I do know having a My Disney Experience account is an awesome start. There are blogs and other websites where individuals have posted online what they believe are secrets and tips on how to obtain the discount 'pin codes'. I can not say for certain if any of these ideas will work - but I don't think they will hurt! Have a magical day Toni! ~Rachel
