Hi Christopher,
Welcome to planDisney!
If you have unused
Theme Park tickets, their usability is dependent on a few factors like when the tickets were purchased and when the tickets were partially used. Sometimes a Theme Park ticket has to be used during a certain timeframe and cannot be saved for another date.
In my experience, the best way to figure this out is to first see if your Theme Park tickets are still in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. To do this, from the My Disney Experience mobile app home screen, press the three horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner. Next select “Tickets and Passes” and if you see the Theme Park tickets from your prior trip, that’s a good sign.
Next, you’ll want to call the
Existing Tickets help desk to speak with a Cast Member to see if these Theme Park tickets can be used. Before you call, you’ll want to have your reservation information handy if possible. If it’s not available, Hakuna Matata, your email address should be helpful to the Cast Member.
Once this is all resolved, remember to book your
Disney Park Pass reservations for you and the guests in your party. The sooner you do this, the more selection you have when it comes to the availability of the Theme Parks. Then you'll be a few steps closer to the magic!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your next trip to the
World’s Most Magical Celebration. If you have
further vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I am always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
