If I have used my ticket to go to magic kingdom for the day am I allowed to go to another park on the same day for just dinner if I want to book a restaurant - I am aware that you cannot hop parks but does this exclude dining reservations?

    Hello, dear Sai!

Thanks for bringing your great question to planDisney! I LOVE that you're already making plans for a few special dinners for your trip in 2021. It seems like you and I are made of the same material, my friend. I also plan my Disney meals many months ahead, if not years!

Currently, the Disney Park Pass system is making sure that people can access the Theme Parks while also maintaining capacity at safe levels both for Guests and Cast Members. While this can change before November 2021 is here, I'd suggest making dining plans for the same Theme Park you're visiting on that day.

If you'd like to spice your plans up a little bit, you can also book meals at the extraordinary Disney Resort hotels. If you're spending a day at Magic Kingdom Park, for example, you can plan a fantastic dinner at California Grill, at Disney's Contemporary Resort, or the Grand Floridian Cafe, at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, or the hidden Kona Cafe, at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort

I still can't get over Kona Cafe's Crispy Pork-Vegetable Pot Stickers. If you haven't tried them, I suggest that you give them a go in August. They are perfect, and their presentation is super exciting!

The sushi rolls and pokes at Kona Cafe are also legendary. I tried many dishes on their menu last September, and everything was as delicious. I hope you like their hidden gems as well!

I hope that you can make many yummy plans for your trip, dear Sai. If you feel like we can help you perfect your itinerary in any way, please let us know. Our planDisney team is here to help!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
