I used to ship H20 to my resort before leaving. Tried it again 2yrs ago and it was directed to the business ctr and i had to pay a fee to get my h20, is this still what happens or can i ship to myself in advance of arriving and receive my pkg without fee?

    Hi there Steve,

H20 products are to die for!  My favorite is the Sea Salt body butter!  The smell instantly transports me to Disney no matter where I am!!!

I mail packages to Walt Disney World prior to my arrival on almost every visit.  I have never had to pay to retrieve anything I've ever personally sent!  Did you have the H20 products drop shipped from a company!?  It seems as if they shipped it COD, or billed the shipping charges to the recipient.

In my experience, it is best to mail the package yourself using US Mail if possible.  I always pay a little extra for Priority Mail which includes tracking!  Be sure to confirm the correct address of your Disney World Resort hotel by calling the resort directly.

Here is an example of how to address your shipment:

Please feel free to write back with your resort information and I'll be happy to provide the shipping address if need be!

    Best Wishes,
