There used to be a princess lunch at Ariels Grotto. But I believe that is now closed. Has it moved somewhere else? We are coming in July.

    Welcome back, Lisa!

Thanks for bringing another great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are correct that Ariel's Grotto Restaurant has closed, but recently opened in this same space is the beautiful Lamplight Lounge. This Table Service and lounge dining establishment in Disney California Adventure Park just opened its doors with the grand opening of Pixar Pier. Here in this land as well as the restaurant itself you will find inspiration from everyone's favorite Pixar films and stories. While there are not any princesses at this restaurant, you will find playful Pixar-themed decor and art throughout the space.

If you would still like having a Character Dining Experience, I would recommend checking out the other four Character Dining options: one at each of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels and one located inside Disneyland Park. The "Minnie & Friends - Breakfast in the Park" at Plaza Inn is fantastic, because it is located in the heart of Disneyland Park. After your satisfying breakfast you will be a mere footsteps from meeting many princesses over in Fantasy Faire. These as well as any other Table Service dining reservations can be made online or by calling (714) 781-3463.

I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions. Have a Fantasmic day!
