I am so sorry you have had difficulty this week while attempting to make payments on your upcoming vacation. You’re right that, normally, there is a way to may payments via the
My Reservations page in your My Disney Experience account.
Unfortunately, from what I understand, there is a known issue with the payment link that happened after a recent site update, which means it isn’t working, for the moment. If you do want to make a payment, please
contact Walt Disney World Resort and they’ll be happy to assist you.
