Hey there, hi there, ho there, Sylvia! I'm delighted to see you here at
planDisney. Welcome home!
I am so glad to hear that you had the chance to spend some time here at the
Walt Disney World Resort! I hope that you had a blast celebrating the Resort's 50th Anniversary alongside some of your favorite Disney pals. That being said, I'm a little bit sad about the fact that you had to go back home before using the last two remaining days on your Theme Park tickets with the Park Hopper option. Unfortunately, you will not be able to exchange your Walt Disney World Resort tickets for Disneyland Resort tickets, as they are both operated separately by different teams, and they have very unique ticketing systems.
I would also like to remind you that your
Walt Disney World Resort tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable, which means that you won't be able to give them to someone else or get your money back. In some cases, however, you will be able to use unexpired Theme Park tickets for a future vacation. The
Walt Disney World Ticket Expiration FAQs also state that the amount paid for an unused, expired ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket at the current price as long as the new ticket price is equal to or greater than the original ticket, but since you already used one of your three days, I don't think this would apply in your case.
I know that you were expecting to hear something entirely different, Sylvia. I truly wish I could help you out more! That being said, if you'd like to try one more thing, I'd advise you to
speak to a Cast Member at (407) 934-7639 to see if there's anything they can do for you at all.
Good luck!
Ana Paula
