When I used the Minnie Vans pre-pandemic, there was one that could accommodate a full sized ECV. Now that they have reopened, the website says that their accessible van can carry 2 wheelchairs. Does that mean it can no longer accommodate an ECV?

Hello Sara, and welcome to planDisney!

I am so happy to have the Minnie Van Service available again, and it was certainly missed! I remember my first time using the Minnie Van service with my family; our driver was so friendly and even shared some “little known facts” to keep us entertained.

Good news! Yes, an ECV can be accommodated with no problem. When you open the “Lyft app” while on property, you will enter your destination and proceed through the process. You will need to “Select Access. Minnie Van” so that an accessible Minnie Van can be provided. If the selection doesn’t immediately appear, just scroll until it appears.

Please return should you have additional questions prior to your Walt Disney World Resort arrival; we will be here when you need us.

    Have a magical experience!
