Have any of you used "Kids Night Out"? Their website, states they are the "preferred" child care service provider for WDW. My DD will be 6, & my niece will be 2 months shy of 4 years, so that excludes her from the Sandcastle club.

Hi Sherisse! I am a grandmother that not only used the previous child care group, Kindercare, from way back when for my children but I now use the "Kids Night Out' company for the grandchildren.

Disney does refer them to all guests who are in need of in room child care service but there are other groups out there as well. I have not used the other groups but have heard good reviews for them.  Every experience has been wonderful with the sitters that are sent to us. When we call we request someone who can relate to the age child we have whether it is young child such as yours, toddler, or infant.  They have always come prepared with things to do and we allow them to take walks around the resorts so the kids are not cooped up in the room (daytime sitting).  They can order off the room service menu for your children if the sitting time is during  a meal....go over the choices with them before you leave.  They will not be allowed to bathe your children or take them to the pool for safety reasons.

Some families have retained a sitter to go with them into the parks and be their second helping hand.  If you do choose to do this you would be required to buy a park ticket for them.

My family uses them for every visit and I know we will be using them for many more to come.  "Kids Night Out" has been an excellent experience for us.
