Laura from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

If we have used the first day of a two day pass and we cannot use the second day within 13 days, will we lose that second day entirely, or can we apply the cost to another ticket in the future?

    Hi Laura,

Thank you for coming to planDisney. I hope you had a magical trip at the Disneyland Resort. I was able to speak to a helpful Cast Member and they let me know due to the terms and conditions of the ticket, the second day will be lost if it is not used within the first 13 days. I was faced with the same issue last year when I had to cut my vacation short due to an emergency. I know that news is a bibbidi bobbidi bummer

If you live locally, even a short trip to the Disneyland Parks is worth it. It may not be what you envisioned, but you can get a lot done in a couple of hours. There have even been times where I have gone after work, been at the park for four hours and have had the time of my life.  I always like to pop by Animation Academy to do a drawing class. Then I grab a bite to eat at Pym Test Kitchen; the Not so Little Chicken Sandwich is fantastic. Then I would try to do Single Rider to get on as many rides as possible and then close the night out with World of Color.

Laura, I hope that there will be a way for you to squeeze in a quick trip to get use out of your second day. If this is not an option for you, keep an eye out for future offers and discounts, so you can jump back into the magic. Please feel free to write back to me or my fellow panelist the next time you are planning a magical vacation.

    Wishing you best of Luck,

    Melinda
