Have you used the express transportation option at WDW yet?? Is it worth it? Is it actually much faster than the buses/monorail? Thank you!!!

    Hi Hope!

I was just thinking about the new Express Transportation Option this morning. My family is planning a week long trip in the fall and I want to mention this to everyone to consider.

On my last trip to Walt Disney World I made sure to try this new service so I could decide for myself if I felt it was worth the extra money.  After one trip the answer is YES! If your budget allows you to pay for this then do it as it will save time. It is designed for the guests who will be park hopping a lot. Each park has a designated spot to catch these buses and they will be backstage. When you arrive at your park to begin the day stop by this spot and ask about when the buses will be leaving for each of the other parks. That way you can plan your day to come back close to the correct time. Buses will begin to move at 10am.

If you think you will have several days of park hopping then it is best to purchase the multi day ticket. You can do this at your resort concierge when you check in making this easy.

I found the service very beneficial in saving a guest lots of time. You go from backstage at a park to backstage at the next park avoiding the long security lines again. The time you save allows you to enjoy more attractions and the hassle free transportation is relaxing. I will be using this again on my next visit!
