Hello, Denise and welcome to
planDisney.
I am sorry to hear that your precious ornament and bag from the Germany Pavilion,
EPCOT is lost, this is one of my favorite pavilions for visiting and shopping and it is where I began my themed pickle Christmas tree, and it is also where I began my little collection of Steiff Teddy Bears. Oh, how I dislike losing things, especially souvenirs that may be so challenging to replace.
Denise, if you lost your bag with your ornament during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort then you could contact
Walt Disney World Resort - Lost and Found by completing their
Lost and Found Form to provide any details that may help Cast Members find your ornament and bag.
Please contact
Walt Disney World Resort - Merchandise Services -
Non-Reservation Questions by telephone, or you can consider emailing at:
wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com and kindly provide as many details describing your ornament and bag as you possibly can. Denise, you may also consider looking through the official
shopDisney and searching under the
Parks tab to see if you can find your ornament and bag there. Oh, how I wish that you can retrieve or find the exact items, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
Denise, I hope you had a magically memorable visit to
Walt Disney World Resort overall and that you utilized the
Disney PhotoPass service to capture your treasured special moments, don't forget to download your photos and perhaps even consider any customizations.
