It used to be easy to cancel reservations in the My Disney Experience app. Now I cannot find a button to do this. What is the procedure to cancel a park reservation now that the app has changed to Genie.

    Hi Elaine! Welcome to planDisney!

As a Florida resident, I bet you LOVE being a neighbor of Mickey! My husband and I sometimes dream about what it would be like to live so close to the magic. I think it's great that the Walt Disney World Resort offers special deals on Walt Disney World theme park tickets and Annual Passes for Florida residents. It is such a great perk to living in The Sunshine State!

I'll admit that after the most recent update of the My Disney Experience mobile app, it took me a bit to explore and find everything again! But good news! Canceling Disney Park Pass reservations is still easily accessible on the app.

When you are logged in, touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then select "Future Plans." This will bring up your itinerary like the old version of the app listed it. Scroll down to see the Disney Park Pass reservation that you want to cancel, then touch that reservation to select it. On the next page, you should see the "Cancel" button (it looks like an "X"). Simply follow the prompts to cancel your reservation!

I hope this helps, Elaine! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
