    I used my Disney Visa card at the Disney's Character Warehouse in FL. I mentioned it to the cashier but was she did nkt confirm nor deny of the discount applies. I checked my receipt and I did not get a discount. Does it not apply to this location?

    Welcome to planDisney! I hope you found some good items at Disney’s Character Warehouse!

    Unfortunately, Disney’s Character Warehouse is listed as one of the locations excluded from merchandise savings while using your Disney Visa. You can find the list of excluded locations at the bottom of the Walt Disney World Resort perks page on DisneyRewards.com.

    You are doing the right thing by asking about your Disney Visa discounts at merchandise locations! I don’t have a Disney Visa, but I am pretty good about asking if Annual Pass discounts are offered where I am shopping or purchasing food. The Cast Members are always kind when they let me know if that location is eligible for any discounts. 

    Don’t forget about the other Disney Visa Cardmember perks at Walt Disney World, Cindy! There are also discounts on select guided tours, dining locations, and recreation experiences. If you love meeting characters, there are two character experiences exclusively for cardholders. Show your Disney Visa at the Disney Visa Photo Spot in EPCOT to meet a surprise Disney Character, and in Hollywood Studios, Launch Bay has a private Star Wars meet and greet for Disney Visa cardholders!
