    I used the disney app to purchase park hopper tickets last month for our upcoming trip but I haven't received cards in the mail, as we did for the halloween party. Should I be concerned or will I be able to pick up our tickets at will call when we arrive?

    Hey Max-

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so glad you asked this question. Purchasing Tickets and Ticket Options online always introduces a bit of uncertainty whether it went through or not. Here is what I would do. First, don’t panic. You still have plenty of time. Second, call the Existing Tickets Line at 407-939-7523 and speak with a Cast Member. If you have a confirmation number and the date of purchase for your Park Hopper Option that will likely help. Explain your concern to the Cast Member and they will magically take care of you. Third, face the challenge of how to make the most out of those Park Hoppers. You are going to have a blast.

    Disney Dad Tip: We love using our Park Hopper Option to dine in a different theme park in the evening when we want to see a fireworks showcase or parade. Sometimes we just just go in to enjoy a couple of attractions and grab a delicious treat on the way out. Theme parks are fantastic for desserts.
