We used the DDP in 2008 & thought it was a great value. It appears the price has gone up, do you think it still offers the same value? DH, 2 children 18yrs & 4yrs. We are staying at WL.

Hello Jennifer and great question!  Although we have seen an increase in the Disney Dining Plan, my family and I continue to be big fans of the plan.  I have a family of five which includes three boys ranging from 8 years to 14 years.  Boy, can they eat!  My husband is in the banking field, so naturally, he always looks into checking if the plan would save us money.  Year after year of using the Disney Dining Plan, we continue to see a big savings by utilizing this plan.  My husbands tends to compare the pricing with and without the plan and our savings tend to be in the $400 dollar range.  The experiences that come with each restaurant are just amazing. Our boys are never left hungry and it is great to know that our food budget is taken care of and that we stayed within that budget.  So, in my opinion, the Disney Dining Plan is the way to go.

I hope this helped and I hope that your next adventure to the Walt Disney Resort is just magical.  May Pixie Dust be with you and your family.
