Hi, there!
Welcome back to planDisney, Gail. We're just delighted to see you again! It looks like your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation is quickly approaching. Wahoo!
There have been some exciting changes made to the
Disability Access Service, making it more convenient and easy to use than ever before. These new changes include the option to pre-register for the service and to pre-book select experiences. These planning solutions are now available to Guests who plan to visit the parks on or after November 1, 2021. Isn't that great? When you're ready to start the pre-registration process, visit the
Registering for Disability Access Service page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Scroll down the page to review and accept the terms and conditions. Once you've done that, you can scroll down the page a bit farther to request a live video chat. Easy! If you have any questions about Disability Access Service before requesting a live video chat, call Disability Services at (407) 560-2547. You can also email Disability Services at disability.services@disneyparks.com
Speaking of new services, have you heard about
Disney Genie Service? This complimentary feature on the My Disney Experience mobile app is designed to help you have the perfect Disney day. Disney Genie Service is sure to optimize your time and maximize your fun in the theme parks!
I hope this was helpful, Gail. I'm wishing you another magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
