Hi Tegan,
Welcome to planDisney!
Congrats to you for taking advantage of that Bounce Back Offer! I did call to speak with a cast member just to confirm my answer. They indicated that guests can typically book up to three rooms with a Bounce Back Offer. Technically, however, once an offer has expired, it has expired. I will encourage you to
call to speak with a cast member. They can take a closer look at your account to be sure they have examined all possibilities.
If your parents still plan to visit with you and you are unable to secure a Bounce Back Offer rate for them, I would keep an eye on the
Special Offers. There could be a Special Offer released applicable to the dates of your visit. As you plan, just remember your
booking window for
advanced dining reservations and other special experiences like those in the
Enchanting Extras Collection.
As you continue to make plans, I will suggest one of those Enchanting Extras experiences -
Capture Your Moment: Magic Kingdom Park. This trip with your parents will be special. I know how easy it is to get busy at the parks and resorts. So I highly recommend this photo session to make sure you capture this precious time with your parents. When my family did a session, the experience was just the right amount of time, the cost was affordable, and we had the most fun with an amazing photographer.
Tegan, I hope you are able to speak with a cast member directly about that Bounce Back Offer. One of the many reasons we love the Walt Disney World® Resort is because of the wonderful cast members. Sending a wish to the Evening Star hoping that you will get a reservation for your parents at a magical rate!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
