Hi Janice!
During your
Walt Disney World trip, you will be able to eat to the point of indulgence, enjoy all the Mickey shaped food, and absolutely will not be hungry!
Without a single reservation, you will have access to more delicious options than you can imagine. My family has taken multiple trips where we did not have a single table service meal. Quick service options and snack carts abound in the theme parks- no reservations required! Try
Satu'li Canteen in
Disney's Animal Kingdom for innovative fare,
Pinocchio Village Haus in the
Magic Kingdom for flatbread pizza, or the
ABC Commissary in
Disney's Hollywood Studios for shrimp or pork carnitas tacos.
In walking distance from your hotel, is Epcot's International Gateway. Enter the park here and you will be in World Showcase where some best quick service choices on the planet are available. I try to eat a bite from the French
Les Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie on every trip.
Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival is happening during your visit. Here you will find booths and booths of delectable dishes offering everything from Kenyan specialties to a candy topped doughnut.
When you are not in the parks, walk over to the pizza window at
Disney's BoardWalk or hit up the almost-always open Fuel in your resort for some grab and go food.
I have found booking
dining reservations for groups over six quite tricky. Try breaking up your party into groups of four and five and making two reservations. Prepare to eat at two different tables that might not be together. Spots in restaurants do open up, so keep trying.
Wishing you delicious Disney dining!
Elisabeth
