There are 7 of us planning to trave to Disney World in Aug 2011. We are coming from diffrent states and would like to stay at the same place the age range if from senior to infant. We are on a budget but would like to have a good time. Any suggestions?

Hi Delphine! I would recommend that you begin looking at the Value Resort hotels at Walt Disney World Resort. These are well themed accommodations on Disney property that are very affordable. In addition, staying on Disney property has it own rewards, such as extended theme park hours, Disney's Magical Express Transportation, complimentary Resort transportation, package delivery, and the Key to the World Card conveniences.

I would also recommend that you plan to stay at the Resort hotel for at least one day without traveling to the Parks. You have already paid for all the wonderful amenities, activities and recreational opportunities at your Resort hotel, so make certain that you enjoy them. "Resort Days" are ideal for a family meal, pool time and just hanging our and catching up with family and friends.

Another way to save money is to take a day and visit Downtown Disney. There is no admission fee to experience shopping, dining, and live entertainment. You can even travel to other Disney Resort hotels by ferry from Downtown Disney and check them our for future visits.

Hope this helps and Happy Planning!
