There are 9 of us in a our party and I have everyone attached to my my Disney experience. Is that going to be an issue when making reservations? Should everyone create their own my Disney experience?

    Welcome to planDisney, BJ!

ChEARs, you’re on your way to Walt Disney World Resort. I just love visiting the Theme Parks, not only with my family of 4, but with anyone else who will join us! This past April, we just visited as a party of 8 and it was great.

There were a couple of times when we split up, but we always came back together after a few hours. BJ, I do recommend having everyone make their own Disney account and then relinking to them that way. Especially if you are planning to try for a Boarding Group to ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance

Plus, if you are planning on adding Memory Maker (which I highly recommend it), everyone who is linked will be able to view all the photos taken from their mobile device. Speaking of mobile devices, mobile ordering is also a huge benefit to everyone having their account, or at least the adults in the group. That way more than 1 person can help out with mobile orders. While we were there, we split our party into two groups of 4 and it was much easier to order that way. At times, the teens in our group just ended up ordering for themselves too. So it is nice to have more than one account in your party.

Bj, I’m sure everyone traveling with you will have a fantastic time. Enjoy it, and take as many photos as you can!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
