    Do all of us need to be present @ resort check in? I thought I would check in while the rest of the family looks around. Is that possible or do I need to keep the family close by?

    Hello Kirsten,

    You have just described every time my family has checked into a Disney resort.  As the planner, I do the checking in while the rest of my family explores the resort.  They do not all need to be with you while you check in.
