9 of us (incl. 2 children) spending Easter in Orlando. If we link our profiles, using the My Disney Experience app, is just one 'leader' able to make group dining reserv'ns or can any of the 7 do it?

    Welcome to planDisney, Peter!

Oh, what a wonderful way to spend your Easter vacation--at the Most Magical Place on Earth: Walt Disney World!

For your party of 9, linking to each other's Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience is exactly the way to enable more than just one person to make those pixie-dusted plans throughout your stay.

When you add each other, you'll see the option to allow each person to view and modify all of your plans as well as allow that person to make plans for the Guests you manage. Selecting both of these in all cases will let all of the adults in the group make Disney dining reservations for everyone in the party.

I visit Walt Disney World with a large group frequently, and can attest to what a timesaver this can be. For example, while I'm checking on available Lightning Lane options for a particular day, my husband can add a dining reservation for any day of that trip. It's a great way to gain access to multiple types of reservations at the same time--and give everyone the ability to help plan these fun details.

Spring at Walt Disney World is unlike any other season, so prepare to be wowed by so many sights, sips, savors, and sounds that are only available at this time of year. My favorite, of course, is EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival; you'll love the topiaries, plentiful Outdoor Kitchens, and that always fun Garden Rocks Concert Series.

While this year's guide to all things Easter has not yet been shared, take a look at Disney Eats: Easter Foodie Guide 2025 from Disney Parks Blog for hints of what may be in store for you during your visit. Then, check back as your trip gets closer to see what very special seasonal sights may be waiting for you this spring. It's all so festive! And fresh! And fun!

Peter, as you plan your visit, please be sure to send additional questions our way. We love to help!
