    5 of us are heading to Disney. We share the same DE account. We would like to eat at different restaurants, but when I make a reservation, I'm automatically part of the party. Is there a way to go around this while still sharing the same account?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    If I understand your question correctly, you're the one who manages the My Disney Experience accounts (i.e. profiles) for your entire travel party. If my understanding is correct, then I'm happy to say that I also "share" a My Disney Experience account with my husband and a few of our friends. Although I haven’t had any luck making reservations that don’t include me with the mobile app, I have had luck when using the regular (i.e. desktop) website. In the “reservation contact” field, just put one the member of your My Family and Friends list who will be attending that reservation. Even if you control their respective profiles, you should be able to assign them as the “contact” for that reservation. Be sure not to include yourself among the other people in your dining party and you should be good to go. 

    If that method isn’t working for you, then your best bet would be to call Walt Disney World Resort in order to make your dining reservations by phone. They’ll help you “untangle” your plans for sure!
