There are 16 of us going on the Fantasy cruise! Our reservations are all linked together as one party. One cabin has a later date to book activities than the rest. Is there a way to book activities together using the earlier date?

    Ahoy Shannon –

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Wow, what an amazing cruise you and your extended party will have on the Fantasy! The Disney Fantasy is an amazing vessel filled to the brim with beautiful design, luxurious décor and overflowing with fantastic fun. By linking your reservations, your family and friends will be able to plan together and stay together for dining and ship activities.

In order to plan your events ahead of time, one person is able to reserve for the other linked staterooms as long as the cabins have been registered online. That is to say, those guests who have a later online window will not be able to book their activities any earlier, even if linked to someone else. Remember that online check-in time varies by reservation depending on the Castaway Club status of the guests. Once everyone in the party has checked in, then one person can be in charge of booking excursions and activities.

Shannon, I hope you enjoy your amazing cruise on the Fantasy and please come back to see us if you need more help!
