3 of us are doing split stay AKL/BWI, on DxDP. On day we move, we'll have dinner at Flying Fish. We'll have 1 credit left from AKL. Since FF is 2 credits, can we pay using 1 credit each from AKL and 1 credit each from BWI, or do both have to come from BWI?

    Hi Stephen,

Don't you just love the Disney Dining Plan?  I know I do!

As long as you use up your remaining credits from your stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge before midnight on your day of check-out, you should be able to pay for your meal at Flying Fish as you propose in your question.  I'm always amazed at the many ways guests can use dining plan credits, cash, credit cards, etc. to pay for their meals at Walt Disney World.  Just let your server know as soon as you order that you plan to use two separate dining plans to pay for your meal and be very clear that they need to take the first credits from your older dining plan.  You don't want them to accidentally take all six credits from your new plan, thus leaving three unused credits to expire on the old one.  I'm sure the Cast Member taking care of you will know what to do if your instructions are clear.

Have an amazing split stay at Walt Disney World!  I wish I were coming with you.
